iCare Watch Refund and Return Policy

Relax, your iCare Watch purchase is covered under the iCare Solutions return policy and Australian Law.

If you experience any problems with the functioning of the device, please give us a call and we will endeavour to resolve it with you.

 

We offer a 12 month guarantee if the device is found to be defective and we will replace it for you. Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage after delivery or caused by misuse, abuse, vandalism, faulty electrical or any unauthorized repair. 

 

If you are returning an item please email us at info@icaresolutions.com.au and provide your original receipt/invoice together with details of the defect. Please also enclose a copy of the invoice in your return package to enable us to easily identify the purchase. As iCare Solutions is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend using registered post.

 

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging including all supplementary items such as charger, adaptor, cable etc. Postage will be refunded when the device is confirmed as being defective.

We have a 12 month minimum contract which mirrors the duration we have to commit to with our SIM and software providers.
